The DCF (Dell Community Forum) receives tons of spam. It has taken awhile to contain it. The keyword filters list max to 200 I think. We have at least 12 of those. At this point, I would guess that 90% of spam is correctly being "marked as spam" by Sprinklr and placed in the Spam Intake dashboard. W
