We want to receive an email every time any of the brands we track in benchmarking make a post that meets a Benchmarking Theme keyword query we have created Within benchmarking rules, we are not able to use Benchmarking Theme as a filter (confirmed this with support) We also tried to use Benchmark

The DCF (Dell Community Forum) receives tons of spam. It has taken awhile to contain it. The keyword filters list max to 200 I think. We have at least 12 of those. At this point, I would guess that 90% of spam is correctly being "marked as spam" by Sprinklr and placed in the Spam Intake dashboard. W

Hi All, In the latest release since 20.7 is it able to get and update Business Hours and Holiday list through the API.  But if i try to fetch all holiday lists it give me the following error "596 Service Not Found".  I followed the instructions on https://dev.sprinklr.com/fetch-all-busi
