We’re kicking off something new, and I hope you are going to love it. Starting today, we’re launching a blog series designed to dive into the nitty-gritty of community strategy. Whether you’re just getting your community off the ground or looking to deepen connections with members, this series has you covered!
First a bit about me and my background: With over 15 years of experience in building communities and shaping customer experience strategies, I've had the unique opportunity to see things from both sides. As a customer myself, I’ve used multiple community and customer engagement platforms, which has given me valuable insights into what truly works. This hands-on experience lets me create successful programs with customers always at the heart of my goals.
I’m passionate about bringing people together, whether through community platforms or personalized engagement, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and connected. My approach combines technology with a human touch, creating spaces where customers not only find solutions but also feel like they’re part of something bigger.
We all know that the power of community is undeniable. It’s where we connect, support each other, share knowledge, and grow together. Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
