Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hi All - Rewriting the solution in English for the benefit of other members:)
Regarding the concern where the customer wanted to check while creating a presentation, will it be possible to perform the sorting in alphabetical order? Our Subject Matter Expert requested to follow the below steps to achieve the use case:
1) Search for "Custom Fields" on Sprinklr.
2) Search for "Reptrak_Data" and then click on Edit on the three dots.
3) Sort the values in the custom metrics as per the order in which you require as per the use case.
4) Click on "as Displayed" and then save the custom metric.
5) Try re-applying the custom metric on the widget.
Kindly refer to the screenshot attached in the previous message for reference. - J

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi @paulohenrique,
Kindly check the screen recording.
Steps:
Search for the 'Custom fields'.
Click on the three dots, select the edit button and search for 'Reptrak_Data'.
Look in for the 'Set Value' option.
Now rearrange the values by clicking on the 6 dots on the left-hand side before each value.
As shown in the screen recording, drag and drop the values in alphabetical order;
T1-22
T2-22
T3-22
T4-22
T1-23 and so on.
Finally, on the right side, under the 'Orders of the values will be' option, make sure 'as Displaced' is selected. Click Save. Now you can view the data in the alphabetical order.
Hope this helps.
