Hi everyone, It seems there is an issue with the management of Social Public in Sprinklr. Once "send to Salesforce" is selected, the comment does not appear as a Case in the Social queue on Salesforce.I've checked the Salesforce configuration and no changes have been made. Any ideas? Thank you

Instagram Story Mentions come into Sprinklr as a Story Mention Direct Message. Agents are able to reply from the Care Console even after the native 24hr Story expiry window; the reply channel (DM) itself stays open. However, once the Story expires natively, the media preview is no longer available.
