Hello, Has anyone had to create a report in Sprinklr for cases/messages received based off certain keywords? Or is there a way to pull cases/messages that are about a particular post that another person posted?

Hi all! I saw Sprinklr has capability to bring in Four Square but I wanted to better understand that relationship. First, what is Foursquare? is it this one? https://foursquare.com/ Does anyone use it? If so, how? 

Hi Team, One of the client wanted to tag their older campaigns and make a campaign reporting dashboard. But while the tool doesn't show the older campaigns. The client is not publishing campaigns via SPrinklr. How to tag the older campaigns that have been published outside Sprinklr?
