This role will focus on the administration, configuration, management, and reporting of Khoros, Sprinklr, and Salesforce tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and managing these tools, with a particular emphasis on Sprinklr. Key Responsibilities: - Tool Administration: Manage all configurations, settings, and reporting within Khoros, Sprinklr, and Salesforce. - Migration Leadership: Lead the transition from Khoros to Sprinklr, playing a significant role in the migration process. - Configuration Management: Ensure optimal configuration and management of the tools to meet business needs. - Request Management: Handle requests for updates and changes to the tools, asking clarifying questions and solving problems as needed. - Reporting: Generate and manage reports within Khoros and other tools as required. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Systems Configuration team to manage day-to-day operations and tool management. - Project Management: Assist in upcoming Sprinklr migration, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
