Good morning,
I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Yes, you can add music to an Instagram photo post. To do this, begin creating your post as usual, then tap the "Add Music" option before sharing. You can then search for and select a song from Instagram's library, and even adjust the portion of the song that plays.

Hello Hayes! Unfortunately, it is still not possible to add music or audio from Instagram’s library directly in Sprinklr when creating Instagram posts, even when using the Quick Publish widget. That’s because Instagram’s API doesn’t allow third-party platforms like Sprinklr to access their music library.

Unfortunately it is not possible :( we have many stakeholders asking for this feature. It would be amazing if this was possible. Publishing via the App works but it takes too many steps for the average user trying to get the job done quickly.

Hi Hernan,
Although it's an API limitation, Sprinklr doesn't support adding music to your posts, reels, or stories. We do have a workaround that would still enable us to publish your IG post via Sprinklr i.e., through Sprinklr Mobile workflow. Please follow the steps mentioned in this article: https://www.sprinklr.com/help/articles/publishing-on-instagram/publish-an-instagram-story-via-mobile-publishing/649eb0c9564e3e25f803f7d5
Although IG stories example was given in this article, this article is applicable for all types of IG posts. - D

Hi Hernan! It's not currently possible, but it would be great to incorporate that into the platform. I typically recommend that Sprinklr users at Boston University only upload "finished" reels/tiktoks to the platform.

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

No, you cannot add music to an Instagram post from a scheduling tool like Quick Publish due to API limitations. To add music, you must use the Instagram app's native editor to edit your post before sharing it. The recommended method is to schedule a notification to be sent to your phone when the post is ready to be published, then use the Instagram app to add the music and finish publishing.
