Hello everyone,

I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully integrated Sprinklr with Power BI before and could provide some guidance or advice?

    Hello Karla, we managed to do so, but the outcome wasn't as expected.

    The issue was that you can connect PowerBi with Sprinklr, but only to be displayed in a graph. However, you can't perform any transformation because Sprinklr's data is not imported into Powerbi. You only get like view access.

    We weren't able to continue with PowerBi, so we currenly export Sprinklr data through the API into BigQuery and then use it in our reporting.

        Hi @Jay  ,

        I was wondering if you could help us. We are also interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power Bi!

        We seem to have made the connection with Spark, however when we open/load a table it shows as empty. Would you happen to know why? 

        Additionally some reports don't seem to show in the Navigator when we search them. Would you also have any insight into why this is?

          - I assume you mean the previews of those tables are empty? Please note that you need to load the tables in a Power BI file. Only then can you see the fields that are present within that table.

          - Can you provide us the name of at least one report that you are able to view in Sprinklr but not in Power BI? Please also provide the email of the user who is logging into Power BI.

        Hi @karlaprado,

        Thank you for your patience. To obtain the older data you may need to get approval from your Success Manager. Also, we wanted to let you know that the maximum limit to get the older data for Power BI is up to 365 days. 

        Hope this clarifies your query.

      Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
