I am trying to setup controlling fields for Product, Issue and Issue Type.

We have 8 products, each with multiple issues ( for example, Claim, cancellation, payment etc.) and two issue types: Complaint and Request.

Some issues are common across multiple products for example, Claim. However, the issue type for the same issue can vary depending on the product,

For instance,

For the Aber product, the issue claim falls under complaint.

For the Home product,  the issue claim falls under request.

When configuring the controlling fields, there is a conflict. I want to make sure that for the Aber product, the issue Claim only shows complaint Issue Type and not Request, and for the home product, the issue Claim only shows Request Issue Type and not Complaint.

Hello @Misha Gupta,  here's a step by step checklist that may help you identify the issue!

How to Configure Controlling Fields for Product → Issue → Issue Type in Sprinklr

When you have the same Issue used across multiple Products, but the allowed Issue Type varies by Product, you cannot use global Issue → Issue Type controls. You must configure dependencies at the Product + Issue level to avoid conflicts.

    1. Why the Conflict Happens
You are using the Issue “Claim” under multiple Products, but it requires different Issue Types depending on which Product is selected:

    • Aber → Claim → Complaint
    • Home → Claim → Request
If Issue → Issue Type is configured globally, Sprinklr treats the Issue the same across all Products, causing the conflict.

    2. Correct Dependency Structure
To resolve this, controlling fields must be set in this order:

    • Product → Issue
    • Product + Issue → Issue Type

    3. Step-by-Step Setup

    • Configure Product → Issue so each product shows only its relevant issues (Aber → Claim, Home → Claim).
    • Configure Product + Issue → Issue Type using conditional mapping:
      • Aber + Claim → Complaint only
      • Home + Claim → Request only
    • Remove any global Issue → Issue Type mappings that conflict with the Product-specific mappings.

    4. Validation
    After saving your configuration:

    • Select Product = Aber → Issue = Claim → Only Complaint should be available.
    • Select Product = Home → Issue = Claim → Only Request should be available.
If both Issue Types appear for both Products, a global mapping is still overriding your dependent logic.

    5. Key Notes

    • Do not use Issue → Issue Type mapping alone when the same Issue behaves differently across Products.
    • Build dependencies top-down (Product → Issue → Issue Type) so Sprinklr evaluates the correct context.
    • Remove any older, conflicting dependencies so Product-level rules take precedence

Hope this helps!  If not, LMK and we can take a closer look!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?
