Hi, is there a way to automatically send a Request Approval when the brand is tagged in Instagram stories? I kind of know the answer, still wanted to check if there was any workaround (beside the hectic manual DM requests).

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Gopal! Unfortunately, you are correct...sadly this is an Instagram API limitation, not a Sprinklr one. Instagram Stories are only available for 24 hours and have restricted API access, so Sprinklr can’t trigger automated outbound actions (DMs or comments) from Story mentions. As a result, UGC approval workflows only support feed posts, Reels, and comment mentions, not Stories.
