I am building a livechat and assigning the cases to a skill queue. However, after assigning the cases to the relevant skill queue, cases are not assigned to agents even though they are available and have capacity.. could you please advise?

how do you hide autohide a word that comes though sprinklr? ex: damn if it shows up on a case, i'd like for it to be automatically hidden so that it hides on FB as well.
