Hi Team, One of the client wanted to tag their older campaigns and make a campaign reporting dashboard. But while the tool doesn't show the older campaigns. The client is not publishing campaigns via SPrinklr. How to tag the older campaigns that have been published outside Sprinklr?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Rahul! Older campaigns published outside of Sprinklr do not appear as native Campaigns in the platform, as Sprinklr campaigns are created only when content is published through Sprinklr. These campaigns cannot be added or recreated retroactively.
However, you can still report on older campaigns using the following approaches:
For future campaigns, publishing content through Sprinklr and assigning campaigns at the time of publishing will ensure full campaign‑level reporting, with tags available as an additional reporting layer.
