How can I automatically receive incoming emails? When I’m on “Email Direct Status,” I don’t receive any emails. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

    Hello!  If you’re not receiving emails while in Email Direct Status, try reviewing the following:

    • Confirm the email inbox is properly connected under Settings → Email → Email Accounts with no authentication errors
    • Make sure email ingestion (IMAP/POP or forwarding) is active and receiving mail
    • Verify incoming emails match an email routing / case rule and are sent to the correct queue or workspace
    • Ensure you’re assigned to the queue receiving those emails and that agent capacity isn’t full
    • Check inbox filters and views to confirm inbound emails aren’t being hidden
    • Review spam and domain settings to ensure the sender isn’t blocked
    • Use Email Logs or Search to confirm whether the email reached Sprinklr
      • Not visible = ingestion issue
      • Visible but not assigned = routing or queue configuration issue

    Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
