Hi all!
I am looking to learn more about the Sprinklr Customer Community's best practices for quantifying data in Listening. My org is currently enabled for Sprinklr Copilot, and we also have the "generate summary" option on the drill down menu.
What are some of the methods that the community is using to help quantify their data after the platform provides the "generate summary" summary points?
These AI-generated summary points are great and all, but would be so helpful if it also gave ability to grab examples and numbers that contributed to the summary point.
How are you using Sprinklr Copilot to quantify data from Account-Based Listening (including "private messages")?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
