Hi everyone!
I am as green as you can get to Sprinklr... I work for McDonald's and we just started using this platform for our social media. I have no idea where to start. Any tips, learning modules, examples would be gladly appreciated!

Welcome, Amber!
The platform is very helpful but it definitely has a LOT of room for improvement. I mostly use Sprinklr's Listening features, and almost every day I add something to my "i wish it did this" list.
For Listening, I think one of the things I discovered to be very helpful while getting started was ability to create a Theme Tag to "exclude" all the items that I did not want to filter into my listening dashboards (like X reposts, or political keywords, or "click on the link below" spam messages). This can be implemented by creating different Themes and then tying them all into a Theme Tag that can then be excluded. This wasn't in any of the training/onboarding/reference material, so I had to think a bit and found this to be a valuable solution for my user case.
Best of luck using the platform!

Hi Amber! Welcome to Sprinklr — and welcome to the Community! 👋
No worries at all about being new. Sprinklr is a big platform, but once you know where to start, it becomes much easier to navigate.
Here are a few beginner-friendly places to start that will help you get comfortable quickly:
1. Start with Sprinklr University (Free Learning Modules)
Sprinklr University offers short, guided courses that walk you through the basics — publishing, engagement, reporting, and more.
These are perfect for someone brand new and will help build confidence quickly.2. Explore the Sprinklr Help Center
The Help Center has step‑by‑step articles and videos that explain things like:
- How to schedule posts
- How to manage incoming comments and messages
- How to use the Content Calendar
- How to navigate dashboards and reporting
3. Ask Questions Here (the Community is super helpful!)
Don’t hesitate to ask anything — beginner questions are absolutely welcome, and many of us have been exactly where you are. The more specifics you share (e.g., “I’m trying to publish to Instagram” or “Where do I find the calendar?”), the easier it is for folks here to guide you.
4. If your McDonald's team has internal documentation…
Most enterprise teams have internal workflows, approval paths, and brand‑specific best practices.
Ask your internal team lead or Sprinklr admin — they can point you to:- Your publishing processes
- Approval workflows
- Which dashboards you should be using
- Any brand frameworks you’re expected to follow
5. A simple first step inside the platform:
When you log in, try exploring:
- Publishing → Calendar (to see upcoming posts)
- Engage → Smart Inbox (to see messages and comments)
- Analytics (to view performance dashboards)
These three modules make up the core of day‑to‑day social work in Sprinklr.
Hope this helps! LMK if you have any additional questions!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hello Amber - are you using Sprinklr for Social Listening (Sprinklr Insights) as well as Sprinklr Social? One great thing is the ability to create a dashboard that brings everything together.
Not sure if you're managing / reporting on several McDonalds channels, but you can create a master dashboard for a Global channel and 'Extend' it to make read-only copies for all your local pages. I've found this incredibly useful (I work at the LEGO Group and we have 20+ country-specific channels). It means if you want dedicated dashboards for each account, you only ever need to update the master Global dashboard and the local ones will mirror this.
