Hi everyone! I’m interested in adding a metric to my social media dashboard that can aggregate clicks from Facebook + Instagram (if possible) and YouTube. However, I haven’t been able to find a metric that tracks clicks on YouTube. Have any of you done this before, or what would you recommend? My goal is to calculate an overall CTR across my channels.

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hello Paolahue! For precise CTR (Impressions Click-Through Rate), you'll need to go directly to YouTube Studio's Reach tab, as Sprinklr primarily pulls high-level data and focuses more on link clicks with UTMs for campaign attribution, using tools like spr.ly for tracking clicks on your shared links.
To track clicks across FB, Insta, and YouTube in Sprinklr for a unified CTR, you'll likely need to create a Custom Metric or Unique Metric in Sprinklr's reporting, as YouTube clicks might not have a direct, universally named "Click" metric like other platforms, often requiring you to combine link clicks, video plays (with a threshold), or using UTM parameters for unified tracking. Use Sprinklr's built-in "Estimated Clicks" for FB/IG, but for YouTube, you might need to define a custom formula combining data sources or use external tracking (like Google Analytics via UTMs) for the most accurate cross-channel CTR.
Here's a step-by-step approach:
1. For Facebook & Instagram (Built-in Metrics):
2. For YouTube (The Challenge):
Native Metrics: YouTube often tracks "Views," "Watch Time," and "Click-Through Rate (Video/Thumbnail)," but getting a single "Link Click" count like on other platforms can be tricky within Sprinklr's standard YouTube reporting.
Option A: Custom Metric (Sprinklr):
Go to Settings > Custom Metrics (or Unique Metrics for Ads).
Create a formula. You might combine:
YouTube Link Clicks (if available as a specific metric for your connected account)
YouTube Video Plays (with link click event) - Define what constitutes a "click" (e.g., people who watched >X seconds and clicked the link in description/card).
Option B: UTM Parameters & Google Analytics: This is often the most robust method for true cross-channel aggregation.
Use UTM parameters (Source=youtube, Medium=social, Campaign=) on all YouTube links you post.
Connect Google Analytics (GA) to Sprinklr or build a separate GA dashboard.
In GA, create a custom report for your Social Campaigns, pulling in metrics like "Sessions" (if it's a website click) or specific YouTube engagement data linked to those UTMs.
Then, pull this aggregated GA data into your Sprinklr dashboard if possible, or use GA as your primary source for the unified CTR.
3. Aggregating for Overall CTR:
Hope this Helps!
