Is there a way to view all the posts that failed to publish? I know you can enable a notification to be notified when one of your scheduled posts fails, but I'd like to create a way for the entire team to view them. This would help us make sure we aren't missing any.
- This is primarily for our care team- so we can review any failed posts that may have been missed (the most common scenario we encounter is a reply to an IG user does not allow tagging).

Hi Courtney! Yes, there are a couple of different ways to view failed posts in Sprinklr, depending on whether you need real-time visibility or ongoing team monitoring.
Option 1: Publisher Console
Use the Publisher Console for a real-time view of outbound posts.- Go to the Sprinklr Social tab and open Publisher Console within Engage.
- Click “Calendar” in the left rail, then “Message Updates” in the top-right corner.
- Select the “Failed” tab to see all posts that didn’t publish.
- Click any post to view error details and troubleshoot.
Option 2: Reporting Dashboard
For a persistent, shareable view, build a custom dashboard:- Navigate to Reporting under the Analyze tab.
- Create a dashboard (e.g., “Failed Posts Monitoring”) and add a widget.
- Use Social Analytics as the data source and choose a tabular or list format.
- Filter by Post Status = Failed, and include metrics like Post Author, Text, Channel, and Failure Reason.
- Share the dashboard with your team for ongoing visibility.
Bonus Tip:
To track common Instagram tagging errors, add a filter for Post Status Reason and include keywords like “tagging” or “user not taggable.”Hope this helps! LMK if you need additional information!

Circling back to this, when I attempt to add a condition to filter by Post Status, "Failed" is not an option. I see that status in the activity trail, so I feel like I must be missing something. Are statuses provisioned like queues- if so, it could just be permissions related?

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hi Courtney! Yes! If you're not seeing "Failed" as a filter option for Post Status, even though it shows up in the activity trail, it's likely a permissions thing. In Sprinklr, some statuses (like "Failed") aren’t always available as filters unless they’ve been provisioned for your role or workspace, kind of like how queues work.
Here’s what you can check:
Ask your admin if your role has access to filter by post status.
Make sure you're in the right workspace or dashboard where that filter is supported.
See if "Failed" needs to be enabled as a filterable field.
As a workaround, you might also be able to surface failed posts using reporting or rule engine logic.
Hope this helps!
