Instagram’s 7-Day Rule: Because of API restrictions from Instagram, Sprinklr can only send a DM if the user has already messaged your account within the last seven days. So, you can’t start a brand-new conversation with someone who’s only commented.

Manual setup: There’s no out-of-the-box “comment-to-DM” template. You’ll need to manually build the rule — choosing the channel, message type, keyword, and DM template.
