When I publish a Schedule Scenario it is not populating on the Master Schedule. Any suggestions?

    Here's A Troubleshooting Checklist: Schedule Scenario Not Showing in Master Schedule

    1. Verify Scenario Status

      • Ensure the scenario is published (not in draft or unpublished state).

    2. Check Date Range

      • Confirm the scenario’s date range matches the Master Schedule view you’re looking at.

    3. Validate Forecast Data

      • Make sure Master Forecast data exists for the same date range.

    4. Review Filters

      • Check if any filters (workload, agent, order) in Master Schedule are hiding the scenario.

    5. Confirm Permissions

      • Ensure you have access to view the scenario in Master Schedule.

    6. Refresh or Republish

      • Try unpublishing and republishing the scenario to sync changes.

    7. Check Configurations

      • Verify shifts, activities, and policies are correctly defined in the scenario.

    8. Still Not Showing?

      • Contact Sprinklr Support with:
        • Scenario name & date range
        • Forecast run details
        • Filters applied in Master Schedule

    Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
