Dashboards do not respect Custom Interval setting start of week

Here's a reporting problem which surprises me. Have others encountered this behavior?

‎Order of Day of Week based on configuration in Custom Interval Settings on Reporting Dashboard | Sprinklr Help Center explains how to customize the definition of time intervals, including the week. For instance, one may define the week as Sunday to Saturday (US standard) or Monday to Sunday (standard in most of Europe). However dashboards appear not to respect this setting. Here is the setting on one of my dashboards:

 

Expected behavior is that relative time intervals like "last week" and "this week" respect the Monday-to-Sunday setting.

Actual behavior is that the interval "this week" in the same dashboard selects Sunday to Saturday:

    Hi Scott!  Apologies, I dug into this a bit more, Sprinklr’s Custom Interval Settings are applied at the dashboard level only.  Since you have checked them at the dashboard level, it does look like a bug, hopefully the Support team can get this resolved asap!

      Yes, this behavior is surprising and not expected based on how Custom Interval Settings are described.

      If you've configured your dashboard to define the week as Monday to Sunday, then relative time filters like "this week" and "last week" should respect that setting. The fact that it's defaulting to Sunday to Saturday suggests a disconnect between the configuration and how the dashboard logic is applied.

      This could be:

      • A bug in how the dashboard interprets custom intervals.
      • A limitation in how relative time filters are implemented.
      • A caching or sync issue where the dashboard isn’t fully applying the updated interval settings.

      Here are a few things that m ight be helpful for your ticket:

      1. Confirm if the issue persists across multiple dashboards.
      2. Check if the interval setting is applied at the workspace or global level.
      3. Raise a support ticket with screenshots and steps to reproduce.

        Thanks. I have confirmed that the behavior appears on multiple dashboards. How do I check if the interval setting is applied at workspace or global level? Documentation on the definition of start of week addresses setting a custom interval on dashboards but not setting a definition at workspace or global level.
