Dashboards do not respect Custom Interval setting start of week

Here's a reporting problem which surprises me. Have others encountered this behavior?

‎Order of Day of Week based on configuration in Custom Interval Settings on Reporting Dashboard | Sprinklr Help Center explains how to customize the definition of time intervals, including the week. For instance, one may define the week as Sunday to Saturday (US standard) or Monday to Sunday (standard in most of Europe). However dashboards appear not to respect this setting. Here is the setting on one of my dashboards:

 

Expected behavior is that relative time intervals like "last week" and "this week" respect the Monday-to-Sunday setting.

Actual behavior is that the interval "this week" in the same dashboard selects Sunday to Saturday:

      Update and resolution:

      1. the issue of the dashboard date-picker not respecting the Start-of-Week defined in the dashboard's Custom Interval setting was resolved by clearing all cookies associated with Sprinklr. After doing that and logging in anew, the dashboard date picker respected the start of week (Monday) which I had set. This was in Edge, version 142.0.3595.76 (Official build) (64-bit). The date picker still displays the calendar US-style (week starting on Sunday) and IMHO updating the UI so that the calendar matches the week setting of Custom Interval would be more elegant.
      2. I asked our company's customer success manager for a feature enhancement to create a global- and/or workspace-level setting for Start of Week. This should reduce effort for Sprinklr customers in regions of the world (e.g., Europe, Middle East) where the week conventionally begins on a day other than Sunday.

        Hi Scott!  Glad to know you were able to speak with Support to identify the issue!  Unfortunately the  feature-enhancement request systems is a separate platform, so you'll have to log it there.

          After a call with Sprinklr Support today, there are two paths forward.

          1. there does appear to be a bug in that the custom interval on a dashboard may be set to start the week on Monday, yet the relative date values "last week" and "this week" continue to use Sunday as the start of the week. This apparent bug will be pursued in case 2787816.
          2. I will file a feature-enhancement request to create a global or workspace-level setting for Start of Week. The purpose of this would be to govern defaults for analytics time periods and perhaps also for time period in the workforce-management module and other applications. 

          Can this post be converted into a feature-enhancement request, or does this need to be entered separately?

            Hi Scott!  Apologies, I dug into this a bit more, Sprinklr’s Custom Interval Settings are applied at the dashboard level only.  Since you have checked them at the dashboard level, it does look like a bug, hopefully the Support team can get this resolved asap!

            Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
