How to edit or modify Alerts:

• Click the New Tab icon: (the plus sign) in the top left corner of the Sprinklr platform.
• Under Governance Console, click on Alert Manager.
• In the Alert Manager window, locate the alert you want to manage.
• Click the Options icon (typically three dots) next to that alert.
• From the dropdown menu, select Edit to modify the alert or Delete to remove it.

Create a Smart Alert within Sprinklr's Listening module. The process involves creating an alert from your existing Listening Dashboard and configuring it to send notifications based on specific criteria, such as a new mention appearing in a news source.

1. Navigate to your Listening Dashboard.
2. Click the Filter icon to open the filter options for the dashboard.
3. Click Add Filter and select Source from the dimension options.
4. Choose News as the value for the filter.
5. Click Apply Filter.

1. On the Listening Dashboard, find the widget you want to set an alert for, such as one tracking your brand's mentions.
2. Click the Options icon (usually three dots) on the widget.
3. Select Create an Alert.

1. Give the alert a clear and descriptive name, like "News Mentions Alert".
2. Ensure that Listening is selected as the alert module.
3. For the alert condition, select Mentions and set the threshold to a minimum value (e.g., "greater than 0") to trigger an alert for any new activity. You can also apply your brand-specific topics or keywords here.
4. Optionally, set a maximum notification frequency (e.g., daily) to prevent a flood of notifications during peak activity.

1. Click Next to proceed to the "Alert distribution details" screen.
2. Select the Users or User Groups who should receive the notifications.
3. Choose your desired notification channel(s):
   • Email Notifications: Receive updates via email.
   • Platform Notifications: View alerts directly within the Sprinklr platform.
   • Mobile Notifications: Get push notifications on your mobile device.
4. Click Save to activate your new alert.
