Hi Matt!  Welcome to the Sprinklr Community!  Here are some general step-by-step instructions, if these don't work for you, let me know, I'll pull in one of our specialist!

1. Access the Reporting Section:
   • Log into Sprinklr Service.
   • Click the "Reports" icon in the left pane of the Care Console.
   • If needed, select Care Reporting within Analyze under the Sprinklr Service tab.
2. Create a New Custom Report:
   • Click "Create Report" in the top right corner to start a new custom report.
   • Choose a suitable name and select the desired reporting dashboard.
3. Add a Widget:
   • Click "Add Widget" in the top right corner of the reporting dashboard.
   • Give your widget a descriptive name.
4. Configure the Widget:
   • Select the Data Source (likely Social Analytics for case-level reporting or a source relevant to your case creation process).
   • Choose a Visualization type, such as a trend graph, to display case volume over time.
   • Select the Case Count metric.
   • Choose the Social Network dimension to break down the case volume by social network.
   • Consider adding a Time of Day dimension or filter if you want to analyze demand peaks within the day.
   • Apply any other relevant filters (e.g., specific accounts, channels).
5. Save and View the Report:
   • Click "Save" or "Add to Dashboard" to finalize the widget and add it to your report.

• Trend Graph: Use a trend graph visualization to visually represent the case volume over time, highlighting demand patterns and fluctuations across different social networks.
• Analyze Distribution: This report will help you understand how cases are distributed across different social networks, allowing you to allocate resources effectively.
• Combine with Other Reports: Complement this report with other WFM reports, such as those detailing agent performance or response SLAs, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your operations.
