I’m trying to import 23 canned responses as text assets.

Following the support article, I downloaded the example file and entered the required information for each field. However, I receive the following error in the Media Path column:

“Please specify the value in [Asset Text] column.”

The support article says that this field should contain “the URL of the asset or the name of the asset file present in the zip folder (if the name of the asset file includes the file extension .png, .pdf, etc.).”

Because these are text assets, they do not have URLs, and I am not importing them as part of a zip file. Therefore, I’m not sure what value should be entered in the Media Path field.

The AI chat assistant told me that the field could be left blank, but leaving it blank produces the error above. I also tried contacting Support, but I was told that someone would reply by email. It has now been two days without a response, and I’m having trouble completing the import.

Does anyone know what should be entered in the Media Path field for text assets, or how to resolve this error?
