Updating all available cases that matches the Updated Custom Entity ID

Hi,
We have a particularly complicated use case:
Our customer will inform us about the event changes and we will update these in the custom entity.
Then depending on the Event ID of the updated Event we need to update every open case that has the same Event ID.
Our issue is that we might have more than 10000 cases in the system that we need to scan through. Get Record can capture only 100 at a time.
How can we achieve this?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
