Sequential Callback Retry Using Case-Level Phone Number Custom Fields

We have a source-agnostic case creation + scheduled callback use case where there is no Lead created.
When the source agnostic case is created via API, the payload can populate up to 10 phone numbers across case-level custom fields. The expected callback sequence is:
- The first phone number is the primary number available from the sender/customer profile.
- If the callback to this number is not answered, the system should retry using the second phone number stored in a case-level custom field.
- If the second number is also not answered, it should move to the third number, then fourth, fifth, sixth, etc.
- This should continue sequentially through the 10 available phone numbers until the call is answered successfully.
- Once any number answers the call, the retry sequence should stop.
The challenge is that these additional numbers are stored as case-level custom fields, and there is no Lead object involved in this flow.
Could you please advise on how we can configure the retry strategy in Sprinklr for this scenario?

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?
