In a Manually Created Case - Unable to setup Message Approval on 1st Brand Message

Hi,
Need help in loading the case which is manually created.
In outbound rules, we have a condition, 'Does message's parent message have a case associated to it'.
From my observation, I think this condition is not loading the cases that are manually created.
The 1st message on these cases are brand response, and since it could not be loaded, the approval path workflow, is not working on 1st Brand message.
Why we want to load the case, it's because, when a manual case is created, it's tagged with a specific case property and we want to load those cases, for setting approval for message only on those specific cases, hence case loading is important or if there's any other way to do it, without loading the case, that would also work.
Please help in the solution for this, thanks!

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
