1. Asset Selection Behavior

Current Issue: On the asset selection screen, for Live Chat (LC) assets, you must click inside the checkmark circle to select the asset. For WhatsApp and Apple assets, you can click anywhere on the asset, which is faster and easier.
Query: Can we enable the same “click anywhere to select” functionality for LC assets?

2. Asset Governance Best Practices and Sharing Multiple Assets

Current Issue: Managing permissions and access control for a large library of assets is challenging. Ex: f I have a folder (F1) with assets (A1, A2, A3), I currently need to share each asset individually along with the folder to make them visible to users or user groups.
Query: Is there a recommended best practice for asset governance—such as bulk permission and access control? How do you suggest staying on top of asset recency and effectiveness for such a large library?

Can we have a feature that allows sharing and governing multiple assets at once (e.g., sharing an entire folder and its contents in one step)?

3. Asset Expiration & Notifications

Current Issue:

• Are expiry dates the only way to remind us to refresh assets?
• Once expired, assets disappear from user view, but we’d prefer they remain available for updates (e.g., updating templates with new policy data after expiration).
• Notifications for expirations currently come as individual emails.

Query:

• Can expired assets remain visible for editing instead of disappearing?
• Is there a more efficient notification process for expirations—such as sorting by expiry date or using color codes—instead of multiple emails?
