Case not visible on UI universal search

Hi Team,
Certain cases are not visible on UI universal search or reporting, due to an empty custom property object in Sprinklr's Case Creation via Profile API payload.
These cases, if any alerts are sent for them (due to certain business related requirement), the link that we have on alerts, opens the case on UI but not on universal search. Upon checking, it was found that the alert links access the case from Mongo whereas UI is based on ES. The reason why it's not visible on UI is because case failed to sync with ES from Mongo, due to an empty custom property object present in the payload/case details.
How can we remove that empty object of Custom Field/Property from the case, so that the cases would be visible on the UI?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
