Hello, a customer is looking to use Sprinklr as a WhatsApp trigger to inform customers about the delivery status of their orders. They want to use our APIs to trigger JF with each message sent. For each API call, the recipient's phone number and the message to be sent will be provided (the message will already be defined on their side with the order number and customer name).
I was trying to test it in demo environments with dynamic templates in Whatsapp passing variables but I couldn't make it work.
Then I have to asks
1- Confirm the Use Case is feasible, which I'm almost certain should be no preblem.
2- Support with simple testing
Asset: [SSPAG] Heineken Order Test v2- WSP
Another important point, is that around 800,000 WhatsApp messages would be sent per month. That means over 2,500 webhooks and/or API calls per hour. Any limitations? I understand customer could send the trigger in batches (once per hour) and there is no limit when we send HSM Templates.

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Very Simple and Straightforward use case which is for sure feasible
We can check why the message is not going, could be a host of reasons - Account Issue, JF Config Issue, META error, - Whatever it is, will be visible in reporting
Can you create an account for me in the Demo env where you are testing? So I can check the Asset, Account and Journey
For the API - By default, a customer can run up to 1000 calls in an hour and 10 calls per second.
This is can be very simply increased to a much higher number but involves a cost - Would recommend reaching out to the Integrations/API team
PS:
- We can recommend the client to Utility templates here if not already using (its cheaper)
- We have a bulk API in JF where the client can pass info of 20 users per API Call which should reduce API Call requirements
