Hi team,

  1. Can you change the subject and description of the email we get from reporting widget alert? The subject and description we get right now is irrelevant for the client. Can we customise it?
  2. When we click on "View in Sprinklr", it redirects to the dashboard and not to the specific widget this alert is from. Can you change it in such a way to redirect it to the specific widget?

      Hi Prateek,

       

      By the current design, the widget-level alerts are designed in that way to show in the email. 

       

      We do have periodic updates to address new features. If this is something the client would like to see in future releases, please submit the request via Sprinklr Communities (https://community.sprinklr.com) or work towards a feature enhancement request based on the client's use case(s).

      As per our checks, we can give the name of the alert as per our choice - see the attached screenshot.
      Could you please elaborate on the exact use case you are looking for with the help of a screen recording/screenshots?

        Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

        How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
