Hello,

Hope you're well.

I encountered an issue when scheduling a post on Sprinklr for Rolex official Facebook page.

I received a notification who said that there's an error and it can't publish the post : 

We already had the same problem on Youtube and flagged it to you on ticket 1192763. As the problem was with the redirect link, we changed it post-publishing. However, if the problem persists on other platforms, this solution will not work. Could you please find another solution on your side?

    In order to aid in our effective investigation further, we would request you please help us with the below details:

    1. Sample user details [email address registered in Sprinklr]
    2. Account details and POST_IDs of the post which is in question/failed.


    To find the post ID, please follow the below steps:

     

    1. Select the post from Editorial Calendar.

    2. Go to "Properties" section of the third pane.

    3. Copy the POST_ID. 

     

    Attached a screenshot for your reference too.

      Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

      How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
