Hello,
I tried following this article to assign a skill to my agents, however I do not have the unified routing under triaging. Is there a way to assign a skill without going this route?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Please note that in order to effectively utilize skill-based routing and assign skills to agents, it is mandatory to have the Assignment Engine or Unified Routing enabled.
