Embed HTML Button in Guided Workflow

We are surfacing an external guided workflow to our customers. We do not like the look of hyperlinking our terms of service in the Description Text field.
We tried using an HTML Display to allow for an HTML button, and it didn't work. Our thought is because it is a Display only and doesn't fully support the <button> feature </button> that HTML uses.
Any suggestions on how to beautify Terms and Service beyond a hyperlink?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
