The DCF (Dell Community Forum) receives tons of spam. It has taken awhile to contain it. The keyword filters list max to 200 I think. We have at least 12 of those. At this point, I would guess that 90% of spam is correctly being "marked as spam" by Sprinklr and placed in the Spam Intake dashboard. We then have to manually action the spam, block the spammer, adjust the roles in both the UI Proflie List and backend Workspace Profile List. We are currently in sandbox pilot testing of a UI spam dashboard. This is what our dashboard looks like =

It has been a slow process. Sprinklr teams had to accept the fact the Dell has been doing Forums since 1999 so we know how a Forum should operate. Dell Forum does not use the out of box Sprinklr software. For two years we have forced Sprinklr to provide to Dell a customized build. We have changed appearance, reporting, spam moderation, roles, etc. We are helping to build a better product. The out of box build, in our opinion, could not combat spam. We gave them input that they needed both a front end UI spam moderation queue and also back end dashboards. The hope is that with our combined work, Sprinklr can offer a true spam moderation model to all of its customers.
