Benchmarking Alerts

We want to receive an email every time any of the brands we track in benchmarking make a post that meets a Benchmarking Theme keyword query we have created
- Within benchmarking rules, we are not able to use Benchmarking Theme as a filter (confirmed this with support)
- We also tried to use Benchmarking Volumetric Alerts, but the only options for benchmarking alerts are for engagement on a brand's post, not for the brand post itself
- Our workaround was to use Listening Alerts using a topic with an author: query for the same accounts we have in benchmarking, but this is quite duplicative and pulls unnecessary mentions
Has anyone been able to set something similar up?

I'll send this over to one of our specialists and see if they have any other Solutions. 😁

Hi! Great to meet you as well!
Unfortunately the process you outlined is the workaround we are already using!! We were hoping to be able to leverage the existing benchmarking accounts as opposed to consuming listening mentions for it. But it seems like it may not be possible at current state. Thanks anyway!

Hi Mairead! It was great chatting with you today! See below, LMK if this doesn't work!
If you're trying to get email alerts every time a tracked brand in Sprinklr Benchmarking posts something that matches a specific keyword query, based on a Benchmarking Theme —there’s a workaround! 🙌
You can use Sprinklr’s Listening module + Alert Manager + Rule Engine to make it happen:
-
Start with Listening Topics or Themes:
Create a Listening Topic or Theme that includes the keyword query you care about. Topics are the foundation for social listening, and Themes let you view that data through a customized lens. -
Set up a Smart Alert:
In Alert Manager, create a Smart Alert based on the Topic/Theme you just built. This will monitor posts from your tracked brands that match your criteria. -
Trigger Email Notifications:
Configure the alert to send you an email whenever a post matches the keyword query within your tracked brands. -
Refine with Rule Engine (Optional but Powerful):
Use the Rule Engine to add more conditions—like filtering by brand, media type, alert severity, or specific post content. This gives you more control over when and how alerts are triggered.
📬 Bottom line: While Benchmarking Themes can’t be used directly in rules, this method lets you tap into the power of Listening + Alerts to get notified when relevant content is posted—so you don’t miss a beat!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
