Hello! Can someone please help and/or advise me on pulling in certain metrics on my dashboard? I'm trying to pull in IG Reels with the most views, IG Reels with the highest engagement rates, static posts with the highest impressions, carousels with the highest impressions, etc. and all the widgets are misleading and difficult to navigate. I'm also noticing that the tool is pulling "reposts" where it's tracking influencer assets that a market account reposted, but it didn't actually get published from their page.

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hello Ella! Here are some instructions on how to track specific metrics and post types in Sprinklr Reporting, as well as some widgit tips for IG and repost issues!
To track different metrics and post types, you’ll need to create separate widgets for each one.
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting
Click the New Tab icon.
Select Reporting under the Analyze section.
Step 2: Open or Create a Dashboard
Choose an existing dashboard or
Click Create Dashboard to start a new one.
Step 3: Add a New Widget
On the dashboard, click Add Widget.
Step 4: Configure the Widget
In the Create Custom Widget window:
Enter a descriptive Widget Name (e.g., Top IG Reels by Views).
Select Social Analytics as the Data Source.
Choose a Visualization Type (e.g., Table to list top posts).
Under What would you like to plot on your widget?, select the necessary Metrics and Dimensions.
🔍 Specific Widget Configurations for IG
1. IG Reels with the Most Views
Metrics: Post Reels Total Views (or similar, e.g., post reel replays, completion rate).
Dimensions: Post or Message.
Filters:
Social Channel = Instagram
Post Type = Reel or Video
Sorting: Sort by Views in Descending order.
2. IG Reels with the Highest Engagement Rates
Metrics: Engagement Rate (or Engagement Rate by Total Followers).
Dimensions: Post or Message.
Filters:
Social Channel = Instagram
Post Type = Reel
Sorting: Sort by Engagement Rate in Descending order.
3. Static Posts with the Highest Impressions
Metrics: Impressions.
Dimensions: Post or Message.
Filters:
Social Channel = Instagram

Sorting: Sort by Impressions in Descending order.
4. Carousels with the Highest Impressions
Metrics: Impressions.
Dimensions: Post or Message.
Filters:
Social Channel = Instagram
Post Type = Carousel
Sorting: Sort by Impressions in Descending order.
⚠️ Addressing the “Reposts” Issue
To avoid pulling in reposts or third-party content:
Use the “Owned” Filter: Select Owned or Organic under Post Ownership Type.
Filter by Managed Accounts: Ensure the dashboard only includes your brand’s managed accounts.
Use “Is Repost” Filter: If available, set Is Repost = False.
Hope this helps! LMK if you have additional questions!
