Is it possible for classification of themes on social reporting dashboard?

For instance, if we wanted to share a PDF on Instagram, we would need a shareable link for the bio. I tried uploading the PDF to DAM, but I couldn't generate a link. Is this even possible?

Does the link work for anyone? It would be great to register and use the resources.
