For instance, if we wanted to share a PDF on Instagram, we would need a shareable link for the bio. I tried uploading the PDF to DAM, but I couldn't generate a link. Is this even possible?

Thank you, Allison! I wish that were possible in Sprinklr. Since public sharing via Google Drive is gated for our company network, this still doesn't quite work, but it's helpful to know. Thanks for outlining the steps in detail, appreciate it. :)

Hi Gopal! Sprinklr’s DAM doesn’t let you create a public link to a single PDF like Google Drive does. Since it’s built for internal use—storing and managing content within Sprinklr—the best workaround is to upload your PDF to a service like Google Drive and link to it from Sprinklr.
How to Make It Work
- Upload your PDF to Google Drive
Start by uploading your file to Google Drive. Make sure to adjust the sharing settings so that “Anyone with the link” can view it. - Grab the shareable link
Once your file is uploaded, copy the shareable link from Google Drive. - Add it to your Link in Bio in Sprinklr
Head over to your Link in Bio settings in Sprinklr. You can use a “List Template” to showcase multiple links or a “Hybrid Template” to combine links with your Instagram feed. - Customize the link display
Add the Google Drive link as a static button or list item. You can label it something like “Download our brochure” to make it clear and actionable. - Share it with your audience
When you post to Instagram, direct your followers to your Link in Bio to access the PDF.
Other Options to Consider
-
Create a Link Asset in Sprinklr
This works for certain engagement channels, but you’ll still need a public URL—so Google Drive (or a similar service) is still part of the equation. -
Share a folder externally from DAM
If you need to share a group of assets, you can create a folder in the DAM and enable “Public Share.” Just keep in mind this shares the entire folder or board—not a single file—and is mainly intended for internal use.
Hope this helps!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

I've been digging a bit more, what about this...host a PDF for public view in Sprinklr using the Asset Manager and its public sharing feature. This allows you to generate a public URL for an "Asset Board" that contains your PDF, which can then be shared with anyone on the web, so I assume this would also work for IG?
How to host a PDF in Sprinklr for public view
Step 1: Upload the PDF to the Asset Manager
First, you need to upload your PDF into Sprinklr's Asset Manager.
Click the New Tab icon and select Assets under Sprinklr Social.
Navigate to the desired folder or create a new one.
Click Create Asset or drag and drop your PDF into the folder.
Step 2: Create an Asset Board
Next, place your PDF on an Asset Board, which is the container you will make public.
In the Asset Manager, select Boards from the "All Assets" dropdown menu.
Create a new board and add your PDF to it.
Step 3: Enable public sharing for the Asset Board
Finally, you will generate the public URL for the board containing your PDF.
In the Asset Manager, hover over the options icon for the board you wish to share and select Public Share Board.
In the pop-up window, check the box next to Enable Public Share.
Click Generate URL to create the public link.
Tips:
Availability: The public URL may take up to 15 minutes to be fully functional.
Security: Publicly shared content is visible to anyone with the URL, so use this feature carefully.
Deactivation: To revoke public access, you can uncheck the Enable Public Share box.
User access: This is different from sharing the board with internal Sprinklr users, who need to be given specific access.
