Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi Aryan,
Thank you for your patience. Your satisfaction with the resolution is important to us. We have investigated the issue and here are the details as follows:
The metrics already plotted in the custom metric belong to the "report type": "POST_INSIGHTS_TREND" where as the Youtube metrics belong to "report type": "YOUTUBE_VIDEO_INSIGHTS_TREND".
In a custom metric section, we will be able to combine only metrics belonging to same report types. Here we see there are different report types and hence cannot be combined in the same metric formula.

Hi Aryan,
This is being set on our end based on how the channel API is providing us these values.
Youtube has a different report type sourced from API and hence the same is being sourced here.

Hi team, thanks for looking into it, it does perhaps explain the situation, but not necessarily helpful. It seems more like an internal technicality.
The way Engagement Trend is set up should be the same for all the main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & X) so that we can get the Total amount, similar to how it is set up for Total Engagements, Total Reach, etc.
Is there any chance that this will be fixed?

Greetings!
As per the current platform design, we will not be able to combine both 'Youtube Engagement trend' custom metrics with other custom trend metric as both belongs to different report type.
Apologies for the inconveneince but currently this is a platform limitation. Currently, we do not have any alternative solution for this.
