The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi @mercadeo ,
We reviewed the reported behaviour further and here are the details :
>> What is the Error?
We check the shared page details and found the page “Gulf Oil Honduras” is added as Authorised as Advertiser in Sprinklr Platform (screenshot attached), because of which posts from the account will being published as Dark Post and doesn’t appear on accounts feed natively.
This might be because the user has lost admin access(currently authorized as the advertiser of the Facebook page). Hence we request you verify your role natively.
>> What is the Resolution?
Currently, the account has been authorised by the advertiser and this happens when the person who has added the account to Sprinklr has lost full administrator access to the Facebook page natively.
To resolve this behaviour and publish normal posts, the Native Admin of the Facebook page should re-add the Facebook page to Sprinklr by following the below steps:
1. Log out of any Facebook account.
2. In Sprinklr, go to Admin > settings > accounts and click on "Add new account".
3. Log back into your Facebook account when prompted.
4. Make sure to click "allow" throughout the Facebook OAuth process.
5. You are re-directed to Sprinklr, where your page will appear.
Also, attaching the doc for your reference -
https://www.sprinklr.com/help/articles/account-addition/add-a-facebook-page-account/63d759f2468ae80d39347500
Please make sure that the account has to be :
1) Re-added by the native admin of the page.
2) The account needs to add by clicking on add account even though the account is active. Please do not deactivate the account, you will just have to add the account by clicking on the add account option.
Once, the account is re-added, kindly try scheduling/publishing the post again and let us know if the any warning message or issue persists, we would be happy to check this with utmost priority.
Best Regards,
