Hello,
I'm creating a dashboard on Sprinklr Insights that should be really, really simple, but I'm struggling.
All I need is four tables:
First: inbound volumes in my own channels (replies and comments to posts that my brand posted - doesn't include DMs)
Day | Social Channel | Message Type | Inbound Volumes
Second: inbound volumes in external profiles (users who are mentioning, tagging, etc - any activity that did NOT happen on my brand's content)
Day | Social Channel | Message Type | Inbound Volumes
Third: outbound volumes to conversations happening in my own channels (when my brand replied to a comment, a reply or any piece of activity in my brand's own feed and content - does NOT include my own posts or my sent DMs)
Day | Social Channel | Message Type | Outbound Volumes
ourth: outboundvolumes in external profiles (my brand's reply to users who are mentioning, tagging, etc - any activity that did NOT happen on my brand's feed or content - also does not include sent DMs)
Day | Social Channel | Message Type | Outbound Volumes
Can anybody help me with this setup? I'm sure it's much simpler than what I'm thinking...
Thanks so much!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hi Adriano! The challenge is usually less about the widget setup and more about finding the right combination of message and engagement filters. :)
You might try creating four separate widgets, each with the same dimensions:
Day | Social Channel | Message Type | Volume
Then use filters to separate:
1. Inbound activity on your own content
2. Inbound activity on external profiles
3. Outbound responses on your own content
4. Outbound responses on external profiles
The key is typically identifying the correct ownership/content source dimension (owned vs. external) and then layering inbound/outbound engagement filters on top of that.
Hope that helps!
