Hi Team,
When the data from Listening dashboard is extracted using Dashboard, why the message field is blank for Twitter and Reddit. Message data is fetched for Facbook, but It is blank for Twitter and Reddit. I could see the messages/posts in the reporting dashboard. Is it due to restriction by Twitter/Reddit with bulk extracting data using API?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi @sthangaraj1! Yes, this is expected behavior—not an issue with the dashboard.
For Twitter (X) and Reddit, the message field is often blank in exports because of platform restrictions on sharing raw content externally.
You’ll still see the full posts inside Sprinklr dashboards, but exports are limited by what each platform اجازه.
In short: dashboards show it, exports don’t—due to platform policies, not a bug.
