Issue with "Send to Salesforce" module from Sprinklr

Hi everyone,
It seems there is an issue with the management of Social Public in Sprinklr. Once "send to Salesforce" is selected, the comment does not appear as a Case in the Social queue on Salesforce.
I've checked the Salesforce configuration and no changes have been made.
Any ideas?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
