Facebook Story expiration question

I'd like some clarification on visibility of Facebook stories- specifically related to questions that come in via stories. Occasionally, we will have customers ask questions about one of our stories on Facebook using the DM option. If the question comes in after hours or on a weekend, we may not see it before the 24 hour expiration. Are these stories saved in Sprinklr somewhere? For IG, we can see them in the history but I've not seen the same for Facebook.

Hi Cortney! Unfortunately Sprinklr can’t permanently save Facebook Stories or Story question DMs after they expire on Facebook (after 24 hours). Because those Stories automatically disappear at the platform level, Sprinklr loses access to them at the same time.
That said, teams can capture them manually before they expire. Common workarounds include taking screenshots or screen recordings of the Story and any related question replies, then uploading those files into Sprinklr as attachments, notes, or cases for record‑keeping. Some teams also document responses in reporting or export insights during the live 24‑hour window.
I wish there was a better answer, but this is due to Facebook’s API limitations—not a Sprinklr restriction.- C

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
