Hi! I’m looking into whether we can benchmark specific product social media performance against products at Square or external companies.
Specifically, do we have access to data or reporting that would let us compare social volume and sentiment for Square Loans and Square Savings against broader Square products, or brands like Cash App or Afterpay, or external peers?
We’re trying to understand whether our social sentiment and complaint-related patterns are in line with comparable products/companies, or noticeably better or worse. As a reference, we have a CFPB complaints dashboard that compares Block complaint volume against companies like Affirm, Dave, Chime, and SoFi, and I’m wondering whether something similar exists or is possible in Sprinklr.
Any guidance on available datasets, reporting options, or limitations would be appreciated!

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hi @jennygao ! Great question, this is definitely something Sprinklr can support, with a couple of nuances.
You can benchmark social volume and sentiment across products or competitors using Listening by setting up topics for each (e.g., Square Loans vs. Cash App vs. Afterpay). Sprinklr’s listening data covers a broad set of sources and is designed for competitor benchmarking and market comparisons.
A few things to keep in mind:
In short: yes, you can absolutely build this type of comparison—but it’s something you configure via Listening topics rather than a ready-made dataset.
Hope this helps!
