A Superuser asked us for the ability to blacklist another user from Following and Direct Messaging them? Have any of you found this capability within the Sprinklr Community Builder?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Chris! To my knowledge we do not have an out-of-the-box feature in Community Builder that allows individual members to block specific users from following them or sending them direct messages.
There are moderation tools available for admins and moderators to block users at the community level, but I'm not aware of a member-level privacy setting for follow/direct message restrictions. If the user is being abusive to multiple other users, I'd try this one ;)
I'd be interested to hear if anyone in the community has implemented a custom solution or found a configuration that supports this use case.
