Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi @kyungtaepark ! Looks like this may be a Facebook problem with authorized permission. Please take a look at the issue below which can be found on our Common Publishing Errors Help page.
The posts failed with the Facebook API exception "(#200) User does not have sufficient administrative permission for this action on this page. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Factor Authentication"
This error comes directly from Facebook. You wouldn’t be able to natively publish to the page as well since Facebook needs you to complete the authorization.
In an effort to increase accountability of Pages, Facebook is requiring people who manage high potential reach Pages to get authorized to publish as their Page. For more information about Facebook Page Authorization.
This is not a Sprinklr enforced error and is something that is coming directly from the channel end. Once you complete the authorization steps and re-add the account back to Sprinklr, then only you will be able to publish properly.
