We're interested in expanding to Sprinklr's paid product, mostly for measurement. Looking for customers who use that part of the tool to see how they're using it, what they like, don't like. etc! And anything helpful you can share as we explore this new frontier in Sprinklr (ex: what did you wish you knew before using Sprinklr for paid). Any and all info is welcome!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?
