Hello Guys,
Has anyone been able to perform matrix calculations in Sprinklr?
For example, perform a calculation that takes into account both the metric of interest, such as clicks, and the selected date range, and with the results of these calculations, produce an indicator.

Hi Fabiano,
Thank you for your patience on this.
Do you wish to get a custom metric with the formula: Number of days * Clicks?
Number of days depends on the date range / timeframe selected.Unfortunately matrix level multiplication as an option is currently not feasible.

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
