Can a Sprinklr user/admin create brand categories and content pillars, if yes, how? Or can it only be done by a Sprinklr admin/manager?

    Hi @gopal_katwal_chhetri_acosta,

    Thank you for your post. Please find below the response from our internal team,

    "Please note that the highlighted fields 'Canada Brand Category' and 'Canada Content Pillar' are custom fields in the partner.

    Hence, You can add any desired values to the custom field configuration. I would recommend you bookmark this page that explains the Custom Fields in detail. 

    Please note that you should have custom field view and edit permissions to add desired values to the custom field. We kindly request you reach out to internal global admins in case you are not provisioned for the same."

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
