Thank you for checking with us. The WhatsApp Channel feature is currently an API limitation. I’ve informed your Customer Success and Account teams, and we hope to see this feature in a future release based on feasibility and demand.

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Anisha! Unfortunately, due to current Meta API limitations, Sprinklr is unable to support WhatsApp's one-way Broadcast Channels feature at this time. As Meta continues to evolve and expand its APIs, we will continue to evaluate new capabilities and enhance our integrations wherever possible.
